Knie Beugung bis 70 Grad nach mini-open Mosaikplastik
Hallo, nach einer ertsen Knie OP im Februar 09 bei der eine Mikrofrakturierung, laterales Release und eine Chrondoplastik gemacht wurden , mußte ich im Sept. 09 nochmal operiert werden , dabei wurde wieder ein laterales release, eine med. Raffung und eine mini-open Mosaikplastik gemacht. Bin 41 Jahre alt und die Diagnose lautet auf retropattelares Knorpelulcus CM Grad IV. Nun hab ich immernoch mäßig bis starke Schmerzen , auch oder vorallem nachts und erreiche trotz Reha und KG in der Beugung höchstens 70 -80 Grad , allerdings auch die unter Schmerzen. Bin nun besorgt wie es weitergehn soll und würde gerne ihren Rat hören wie ich weiterverfahren soll.

Außerdem hab ich auch Angst vor einer weiteren OP. Wie würde eine solche aussehn und wie lange wäre ich da denn wieder lahmgelegt ? Vielen Dank für Ihre Mühe MfG Emmawas ist mittelfristig?
Verfasst von Dr. Mottek am 18. Dezember 2009 - 17:57. Mittelfristig ist natürlich ein sehr dehnbarer Begriff. Ich denke aber, dass man dem Knie nach dem letzten Eingriff mindestens für ein halbes Jahr die Chance geben sollte, sich zu verbessern. Der Gelenkteilersatz femoropatellar ist vom Aufwand etwa mit dem Einbau einer unikondylären Schlittenprothese zu vergleichen, man darf auch von Beginn an voll belasten, KH-Aufenthalt max. 1 Woche. In meiner persönlichen Erfahrung tun sich die Patienten nach FPG-Ersatz aber immer etwas schwerer in der Rehabilitation als die Uni-Patienten, was sicher mit meist zusätzlich vorgenommenen Weichteilkorrekturen zu tun hat.
